Lawful basis for processing: Legitimate interests. It is in both the visitor’s and Stallion Academy’s interests that the message is safely received by Stallion Academy. Therefore we must keep a copy of the message so it can be retrieved in the event of an email failure.
Purpose of processing: The message details are stored in the database for 1-2 months to ensure messages can be retrieved should there be a failure with email.
Course Form
Lawful basis for processing: Contract. As part of Stallion Academy‘s contractual obligation to students, we require certain items of information and payment. Without which, we would be unable to deliver on our contract.
Purpose of processing: To receive information from students pertinent to delivering the course.
